Hi there,
A thread just for the gamertags of people in Dubai/UAE who are happy for others to send them friend requests would be useful.
Convention could be that in the request you reference XBOX Dubai, and in the post you could reference preferred games.
Also, how about a forum for people who want some assistance with getting acheivements, such as the various co-op acheivements (like Gears of War), or Resi Evil 5 on hardest difficulty level, where the AI just isn't good enough to be useful.
